The properties are available all year round. They stand in several acres of terraced olive-groves in the wooded Pizzorne hills, north-east of ancient city of Lucca, between Florence and the coast, and enjoy exclusive use of swimming pool.

Many visitors are happy just to lie in the sun,enjoy the views and wildlife (including eagles, which sometimes swoop down our valley) and soak up the peace, charm and excellent cuisine of the locality, but for the more adventurous the particular attraction of this part of north Tuscany is that there is a choice between spectacular mountain scenery, excellent for touring, trekking and cycling, to the north, and the cultural hotspots of Tuscany to the south, with the coast to the west as well, all very accessible.
